Born and raised in Leesburg, Florida I've been a Floridian my whole life. After graduation from Leesburg High School and military service overseas as a Corporal in the US Marine Corp I returned to Florida and found a home working in the golf industry. Working on the golf maintenance department at Mt. Dora Country Club my first year I then moved on to a golf operations role at Eagle Dunes in Sorrento, Florida for the next 12 years. Following my tenure at Eagle Dunes I spent time working in various supervisor and management roles outside of golf and am excited to return to the game I love and a great golf community. During my time off on the home front my wife Cheryl and I are blessed with our son Christopher and my granddaughter Khloe. I am very appreciative to join the golf operations team in Florida's Friendliest Hometown and supporting our residents who patronize Orange Blossom Hills golf clubs.

My wife Gail and I moved to the Villages in 2012 from Linton, Indiana. I retired from Western Southern Financial Group as a Sales Manager after 29 years. I began working with the Golf Division in March 2013 at Orange Blossom Hills as part of the outside operations staff and later into my current role as Golf Team Lead. My favorite part of my job is interacting with all of our resident golfers and all my coworkers on the OBH golf operations team. I enjoy playing golf and following all Indiana University sports. Jimmy Lee Bozeman Golf Staff Lead

Hometown: Mineral Wells, Texas

I was born in Mineral Wells, TX on December 18, 1951. My wife Renee and I have three children and three grandchildren. My profession was in construction just about all of my life. For the last five years before retirement, Renee and I were involved in mission work with YWAM (Youth With A Mission), traveling around the country, as well as Guatemala and Kazakhstan, constructing Aquaponics systems (a self-sustainable system that grows plants in water with fish). I love playing golf, baseball and most sports; and Renee and I are certainly enjoying the Villages lifestyle.
